Additional interpreters for international contexts may be required beyond the standard two interpreters.<\/p>\n<p><strong><i>Billing &amp; Payment<\/i><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Interpreting Sign: World allows you the option to contract with independent interpreters without processing multiple invoices.\u00a0 Audrey Bastian, LLC will subcontract with any independent interpreter anywhere in the world of your choice and their approval.<\/p>\n<p>A full day of work will not be billed as a series of shorter assignments. Payment is due net 30 days from the invoice date.\u00a0 Late payments assessed an additional 5% after 14 days past due. We accept credit cards, ACH, and electronic transfers.<\/p>\n<p>We no longer accept checks.<\/p>\n<p><strong><i>Cancellation<\/i><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Cancelations or assignment changes made less than 3 business days in advance of the beginning of the assignment will be billed. Multi-day assignments will only be billed within the 3-day billable cancellation period.<\/p>\n<p><strong><i>Scheduling System<\/i><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We will give you access to our scheduling system if you&#8217;d like to schedule ongoing assignments.<\/p>\n<p><strong><i>Availability<\/i><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Requests can often be filled with at least 48 hours notice equivalent to 2 business days but with two weeks notice the likelihood of finding an interpreter is higher. Higher rates apply made less than 5 business days in advance.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Contacting Interpreters<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>When an interpreter is assigned, feel free to communicate with the interpreter directly about further preparation materials or arrival time, logistics, etc. Please cc the assignments email provided in the confirmation.<\/p>\n<p><strong><i>Subject to Change<\/i><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pricing may change without notice but will be updated on this page.<\/p>\n<p><strong><i>Inclement Weather<\/i><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>If local authorities officially declare a weather emergency the assignment will not be billed.
